Buy what you see. The price on the product page is the price of the item, and the total at checkout is what you pay. Delivery is added openly before payment — never after you have ordered, and never as a surprise charge on arrival.

How delivery is priced

Delivery is calculated from the address you are sending to. Enter your delivery details at checkout and the cost appears alongside the item price, so you can see the full total before you confirm the order.

Charges vary by destination and by the size and weight of what you are buying. Heavy items such as batteries and inverters travel by road freight and cost more to move than small parcels.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout for your address. Orders to major cities usually arrive sooner than those to outlying areas. Times are estimates in working days, and begin once the order is confirmed, not when it is placed.

Who delivers your order

Kioxit is a marketplace. Items are dispatched by the vendor selling them, and an order containing items from more than one vendor may arrive in separate deliveries, at no extra cost to you.

Before you pay

If anything about the delivery cost or timing is unclear for your address, contact us before completing the order and we will confirm it for you.

If something goes wrong

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, see our Returns & Refunds policy — you have 7 days from delivery to raise it, and we cover the return where the fault is ours.
