Overview
The Samsung Galaxy S24 is Samsung's compact 2024 flagship, with a 6.2-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display that runs at up to 120Hz and reaches 2600 nits peak brightness. It weighs just 168 g, is only 7.6 mm thin, and is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. It comes in Onyx Black, Marble Gray, Cobalt Violet, Amber Yellow, Jade Green, Sandstone Orange or Sapphire Blue.
International models use the Exynos 2400 chip on a 4 nm process (US models use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3), with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage to run games and Galaxy AI features. Samsung promises up to 7 major Android updates, starting on Android 14.
The triple rear camera has a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra wide and a 10MP 3x telephoto. Video goes up to 8K at 30 fps. A 12MP front camera handles selfies.
The 4000mAh battery charges at up to 25W by cable and 15W wirelessly, and can share power at 4.5W. It supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC, and uses a nano-SIM plus eSIM on international models.
