Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 512GB

Overview

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is Samsung's 2025 flagship, with a 6.9-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display that runs at up to 120Hz and reaches 2600 nits peak brightness. A grade 5 titanium frame and anti-reflective Gorilla Armor 2 glass make it tough and easy to see outdoors, and it is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. It comes in Titanium Silver Blue, Black, White Silver, Gray, Jade Green, Jet Black or Pink Gold. The Snapdragon 8 Elite chip on a 3 nm process handles demanding games and Galaxy AI features, with 12GB of RAM and fast UFS 4.0 storage. Samsung promises up to 7 major Android updates, starting on Android 15. The quad rear camera is led by a 200MP wide camera, joined by a 50MP ultra wide, a 10MP 3x telephoto and a 50MP 5x periscope telephoto. Video goes up to 8K at 30 fps. The built-in S Pen slots into the frame, and a 12MP front camera handles selfies. The 5000mAh battery charges at up to 45W by cable and 15W wirelessly with Qi2 Ready charging, and can share power at 4.5W. The phone supports 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and Ultra Wideband. In the box: Galaxy S25 Ultra with S Pen, a USB-C cable and documentation. A charger adapter is not included.
