Overview
The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is Samsung's 2026 flagship, with a 6.9-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display that runs at up to 120Hz and reaches 2600 nits peak brightness. A built-in Privacy Display hides the screen from side views, and the anti-reflective Gorilla Armor 2 glass cuts glare. It comes in Cobalt Violet, Sky Blue, Black, White, Silver Shadow or Pink Gold.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip on a 3 nm process handles demanding games and Galaxy AI features, with 12GB of RAM and fast UFS 4.x storage. Samsung promises up to 7 major Android updates, starting on Android 16 with One UI 9.
The quad rear camera is led by a 200MP wide camera, joined by a 50MP ultra wide, a 10MP 3x telephoto and a 50MP 5x periscope telephoto. Video goes up to 8K at 30 fps. The built-in S Pen slots into the frame, and a 12MP front camera handles selfies.
The 5000mAh battery charges at up to 60W by cable and 25W wirelessly with Qi2.2, and can share power at 4.5W. The phone is IP68 rated for water and dust, supports 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC and Ultra Wideband, and uses a nano-SIM plus eSIM.
